Concept360 Ventires LLC respects your privacy and provides a straightforward way to request deletion of personal data that may be processed through our services.
Depending on how you interact with Concept360 Ventures, we may process and store limited data such as:
- Account and contact details you provide (e.g., name, email, business name)
- Messaging and webhook metadata (e.g., message IDs, timestamps, delivery status, event payloads).
To request deletion of your data, email office@concept360.io with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- Any relevant identifiers (optional but helpful): Page name, Instagram handle, Business name, or connected account details
- A clear request statement (example): "Please delete my data associated with my account and connected messaging integrations".
For security and to prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify account ownership. Verification may include one or more of the following:
Completing a simple verification step we provide (e.g., confirm a code)
If we cannot verify ownership, we may be unable to delete data tied to a specific third-party account.
Once verified, we will delete or de-identify data associated with your request, which may include: Webhook/event records tied to your identifiers (where feasible)
User profile mappings and related operational data.
We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, or for legitimate business purposes such as:
Compliance obligations (e.g., financial, regulatory, tax, or legal requirements)
Fraud prevention, security, and audit logging
Dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements
Where we retain data, we will limit it to what is necessary and protect it appropriately.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests or legal obligations may require additional time, and we will notify you if so.
